Has anyone had to be induced at 34 weeks? Due to Low fluid? (Or anything else)

I am so glad you've been seen and your consultant is happy. Are you happy without having a scan yet? I agree with BeeS, if you're worried push for more checks, they can always get you in to the MAU for a full check over. I had OC (obstetric cholestasis) with my 3 girls, I was told to get checked out if I was worried. Yes it's not uncommon for second and subsequent pregnancies not to be engaged at 34 weeks. My second was breech at 36 weeks, my third was transverse at 36 weeks and 3 days, both of ...

Has anyone had to be induced at 34 weeks? Due to Low fluid? (Or anything else)

Hi Hun I am so sorry you've got added worries to your existing ones. You sound really worried, you've got a history of pregnancy problems, if you can't get through to your MW or any MW, phone your DAU or labour ward for advice. As your baby isn't moving as much they may want you in to check you over. Thinking of you and I hope you can get seen and given a scan soon. xxx

beakers

Yes I think the beakers my friend has are the type they can tip everywhere! Ah for the age thing, I'm sure that's a ploy to get us mums to update our beakers every few months.

Slowly going bald!!!

Does putting your hair up help? My girls would have made me bald years ago if I had mine down, any opportunity and each of them would have pulled it out. My DD3 is always pulling clumps out of her sisters hair when they get too close. As for a possible cure, do you wear a necklace? Each of my girls have like pulling on my necklace and making my pendant move along the chain. Hope you find a solution soon. xxx

beakers

My friends boys like the type with a flip up spout that they have to tip up, not sure of the brand but they sell them in the co-op. Btw, I found it very much hit and miss with beakers, I bought about 10 before I got one DD1 really liked and could use with ease.

Ovulating

Hi Dusky You can get EWCM a few days before you ovulate, if your EWCM continues the chances are your body is getting ready to ovulate. My DD3 was conceived when I ovulate on CD11. My advice would be to make tonight your DH lucky night! Good luck! xxxx

not feeling baby move at almost 17weeks?

I am so sorry you are having this worry after all you've been through. My DD3 had an anterior placenta, I couldn't feel her kick as much either, the first time I felt her kick was a few weeks later than my other girls. Having 2 other kids to run around after does mean you can be rather preoccupied so you can miss some of those tiny flutters and kicks in the early days. I am sure your MW wouldn't mind checking your baby's HB again for you if you ask. I hope your LO decides to give you a few hard ...
