RE: poop question - tmi sorry

Quoted Originally posted by Glitzy Just wondering if at 16months M should be doing solid poops? He has had a few but mainly his nappy is filled with pasty sticky gunge. Is this normal? This is how L's were until she was potty trained, they are still soft soft, iykwim, just not stuck to her bum now lol. Hers used to smell fruity too, because she ate that much fruit.

car seats

We have the Britax Evolva 123 and love it, L sleeps no problem in it, as she rest her head on the side, it also has great safety straps so you can see what the tension/tightness should be. This one is from 9months to 11 years. We also have the Britax Eclipse Si in my Mam's car, L is also very comfy in this one, but not as much as above, Hope you get sorted soon hun.

Laser hair removal

Thank you for popping in, let me know how it goes hun. You can buy a small tube of emla cream from the chemist if you think the pain may be too much for you. I am waiting for the hair to come out for this cycle, its getting on my nerves, lol. I know it won't be much longer, then I will be hair free for a few weeks at least. It is quite noticable that I have patches of no hair, which is great news.

Yes, thats the best of it, give their little bum a little air! I would still carry on putting her on the potty and things, so they are not forgein to her, but hold off 'going' for it, iykwim. Good Luck. x

** POTTY TRAINING **

Well done your E-M. I personally wouldn't start potty training until they hit the 2 mark (around there) because I have read that if you try to young they can regress and you could have major problems in the future. So I would be very wary at starting so young. She does sound very young to me, are you sure it wasn't just luck, I mean that it the nicest way, that you have sat her on the potty and she has wee'd not that she thought 'Oh I am on the potty I will have a wee' iykwim I also think one of...

Laser hair removal

Well I had my second session yesterday, been quite a while since the last one, the nurse said I had good growth, I used the Emla cream again, but did it work? Did it heck! OUCH OUCH OUCh I know it will be worth it when it is done, but wow have I been in pain with it. I feel like my face is bruised, just trying to exfoliate the area was agony last night, ( lots of hair did come away though) but she did say she had put the strength of the laser up, so maybe thats why I was in so much pain. I didn'...

PCOS - Emotional Effects

Sounds like a good plan - be open about the diet pills, they may not prescribe them until you have lost a little weight, silly I know. Also there are 3 different ones, Reductil, orlisat and rimonabant. Rimonabant and reductil work in slightly similar ways and can cause depression, I became very depressed on reductil and had to stop although it did work for me, I am now on rimonabant (3 weeks) and have lost 3kg and have had no side effects as yet. I have also tried orlisat and this had no or litt...

PCOS - Emotional Effects

Hi hun, yes I use the Harley medical, they have been fab for me. I do use the emla cream, because I think, if there is something to help with the pain, why not use it. Because your right it bloody does hurt. But with the cream, althought I was aware of it, I barely felt anything. As for the next instalment, not long to wait, I am booked in Wednesday afternoon. The hair on my face is noticably reduced, thats just with one session, so I am really looking forward to the one on Wednesday. At the mom...

Relationships post baby

I actually am really enjoying it. Not every day though! But i find myself willing to have 'time alone' with DH lol. We have been out for a picnic today and not bickered once, in fact we have spent the whole weekend in each others pockets and I don't think there has been many cross words. I am looking at it as go for half the week, trying and tot up 3-4 days in the week, and I don't find it too difficult Where as 1-2 times every 3-4 months was more the norm.

PCOS - Emotional Effects

Hi hun, call your man, tell him everything and if he is your 'life partner' then he will understand. I was hair free and a slim size 12 when I married my dh after 12 months (yes 12 months) I grew into a size 24 hairy gorrillia. I used to bleach and your right it makes it so much worse. I am hairy all over too, and also need 'lawn mowered'. I am in the middle of laser treatment and it really is changing my life for the better, it is not as expensive as you may think and maybe just starting with o...
