Anyone starting in September?

I had implantation bleeds before and I didn’t last time or this, which leaves me with no PMA, tho I know each time can be different... Very exciting to get started so soon, I quit work just before the last cycle, I was a Nursery TA and notoriously understaffed and it was quite stressful, lots of lifting etc. I know a lot of people say it’s all down to the embie and there is nothing you can do but I really think the more relaxed and destressed the better. Wishing you so much luck for your cycle h...

Anyone starting in September?

Hi Hopefully2018 x I am feeling pretty normal...have had a few tiny things, headaches, tiny cramps, a little back pain, felt a bit sick twice, slightly tender boobs, which could be great but could be the drugs or just completely coincidental... I am going mad!! Have rested more this time, which means more time to think which is never a good thing is it... Lots of nice dog walks and pottering about really. How are you doing? Xx

FET- 3 Embryos- what should I do

That is so hard, I am having FET on Friday, they told me yesterday that they thaw them and they need a couple of hours to dry out, so I guess it would depend on their schedule if they could thaw the other one, but I’m presuming that the one that they had already thawed wouldn’t be able to stay out for too long...but obviously I am only guessing. I personally think I would do two...xx

Anyone starting in September?

Hi Janelle, they delayed my FET which was meant to be Monday, don’t know why A’s lining is good, it is now on Friday. Feels really surreal this time, don’t know why, feel quite detached and lacking in PMA... How are you getting on? Xx

NEW PARENT CHAT THREAD

Thanks Ashatar, I did it, it triggers the egg release if there are any but it also boosts the uterus ready to receive the embryo, increases blood flow and thickens the lining more. Who knows...theybsaid it wouldn’t do any harm so I did it... It is frightening how quickly they grow isn’t it, he will have have a wail of a time of course, it’s us that find it hard Hope you’re settling well into your new house. Lol to everyone xxx

NHS FET at RFC

I have always had the pill, 3 weeks Buserelin injections, 4 Progynova tablets, Ovitrelle HCG trigger shot (a week before) and Cyclogest pessaries. They did a small study and it showed that it didn’t change pregnancy rates, but said it wasn’t conclusive as wasn’t a big research study. As it isn’t detrimental I just wanted to do it, as it worked before. Have you ever had a scratch? I haven’t but have seen lots of positive stories of them, I was too late this time but if it doesn’t work then will b...

I have always had it in the past, clinic have just changed their protocol to not give it now, but consultant prescribed it for me anyway as have had it in the past and it worked. It also thickens the lining and gets the womb more ready apparently. Babydream, I have only just seen, I am so so sorry, sending you so much strength xxx
