Mind Movie....

Hi everyone. I was given this by my NLP/hypnotherapist. It gives postive affirmations to change the way you think about fertilty and becoming pregnant. Even if you are pg already, it's a nice video to watch as it gives you positve images/thoughts about being pregnant and giving birth. x http://www.ivfcost.net/pregnancy-ivf/how…nant-mind-movie **link not endorsed by Fertilityzone.co.uk**

AMH Levels

I had my blood tested before christmas to find out my ovary reserve. The test came back last week and left me feeling really annoyed as it didn't mean anything to me. The letter was also very negative and didn't seem to take into account my previous results from IVF. I had 6 grade 1 embies and a perfect cycle of IVF & FET with regards to quality of eggs and lining. This is what the letter said.... 'The blood level is 7.7 pcmol/l which is quite low. At this level you might become pregnant natural...

BFP after giving up treatment?

I've decided to stop tx and try naturally and was wondering how many people have gone on to get a bfp after stopping tx either from taking a break/after deciding to move on/adopt/live childfree or after deciding to try naturally? I know there are one or two people on here that have got a bfp on breaks but I'd like to hear how many other people have also got bfp's after giving up tx.

time & temp adjustment

I think as long as you temp as soon as you wake up will be ok. Your body will slowly adjust to the time difference over the next few weeks anyway. I would just keep it at the time your chart is wanting it to say. Ignore the time. It's the accurate pattern on the chart you're after. Good luck x

** ACUPUNCTURE CHATTER **

I had acupuncture for the first time this tx (FET). I've had 8 week of tx then had it before and after ET. I was given the wrong address for the acupuncturist and ended up running late for appointment. The tx calmed me down sraight away and prepared me for ET. After ET i noticed a definite pulse in my abdomen which was hopefully the increased blood flow to uterus. (the first session is to relax you, the second is to increase blood flow). The clinic I visited follow the Paulus procedure. It did a...

Anyone taken progynova vaginally?!

Sounds abit odd although in fairness it would get into your blood stream quicker that way as it's bypassing the stomach but whats the point. I'm on the same meds and am taking them orally. I would speak to someone else at your clinic to see if it's necessary.

PROGYNOVA QUESTIONS

I will. The main nurse has left (seems unexpected) and they're short staffed. She was excellent at really explaining clearly the next step. I would have had no cofusion if she was there. But i don't feel so confident with the other nurses.
