2 day period....

Hi - My last period was just 2 days when they have always been 5 - 6. I wonder if this is something I should get checked out by a doctor. Thx

Hi Sooz,

This is nothing that the average GP would consider worth investigating - but you should. The first thing you should do is to do a pregnancy test. Any time there is a different sort of period, earlier, later, shorter, one that starts then stops, it is important to do a test as these can all be indications of an embryo trying to implant.

Even if you are not trying or it is highly unlikley - surprise pregnancies are not unknown you know!
