Yeah, it has been quiet here hasn't it?

You are certainly in demand, Poppit! Best to take the one which pays you best, especially with your DH having his injury just now. How is he doing?

I was thinking, if you took the job in the copshop, maybe your friend you told us about afew months ago would feel safer with friends in high places! rotf

Not alot going on here really apart from A being ill. She took Chickenpox and just as they were going away, took a virus and was really poorly at the beginning of the week, really quiet and cuddly which is not like her at all.

I am also starting to lose a bit of weight again which I'm pleased about. Want to get my BMI down a bit before we got back to try for FET in the next few months.

Hope all you other girls are ok. Take care, xxxx :hugs:

Nay! Lol, the 34 is overlapping the 35 hence the first digit is black the rest are blue. I would have afew problems if it were that high wouldn't I?

You have to go for the best post which offers the most cash for the most ease,x

Poppit the cost of fuel just now is brutal isn't it,£20 gets you nowhere and that's what i used to stick in the car and it would last me ages, not now though! Mind you everything is getting so expensive just now pah!

Lisa hope A gets better soon

Dashing away again, hope everyone else & LO's are ok

Great to hear from you Sooz and B2B, you are right, these little 'uns certainly know how to keep us on our toes! With A being more mobile, she tires out all the more quickly these days which means slightly earlier nights. It's a joy to see them walking about and doing all the new things they do everyday, xxxx

Is anyone celebrating the Royal Wedding? I don't think we are doing anything and nobody in our street would think of having a street party so we will likely watch it on TV so I can see Kate's frock. I also know they are doing a Big Fat Gypsy Wedding special which should be good to see. Other than that, it means DH has an extra day off which is good, xxxx

B2b I know how you feel freddie had that it was awful the only good thing was that as I still bf before bedtime I could bf him as he wouldn't eat!!!! Then after that he had a cough for a month which is still slightly there!!!! Hope he's better now though!!

Lisa its great watching them develop except I'm forever running as freddie runs away laughing his head off and he just seems to jump off things no matter how high scares the crap out of me! Ha ha still I should be size 0 soon!!!! It's cute now he is starting to say a few more words although "babe" is still his favorite now he can say 1 2 3 and thank you, sings row row boat and wind bobbin up and pulls and claps which is cute, he's also starting to sleep better through the night.

Poppit lol you need a head like an owl that would be handy!! Freddie does this thing where he stretches arms out for you to get him and jumps when up high but sometimes jumps before I'm there! Nutter! Hope black pool was fun and here it's warm but very windy!

Well I'm working next 2 days then off till nxt tues so hope it's cooler tomoz lol
Hope everyone else is ok

Hi All

Hope you have all enjoyed the bank holiday weekends. I had to work some days but managed to get 3 lovely days off over Easter weekend which we spent just pottering at home & enjoying the lovely weaher :P

Nothing much to report here except B is developing so fast its scary! Just started to introduce her to the potty as has become more aware when her nappy needs changing recently but still prefers to wee standing up at the moment :snigger: Speech is coming on nicely. Her new thing is she can now point out & say items on her or your face like nose eyes ears hair etc. Her mobility is as good as ever but perhaps a bit TOO much as she now wants to come down the stairs the proper way which scares the h**l out of mummy  Also find it hard to believe that this time next year she will be starting PRE SCHOOL :8o:

AFM well we are still waiting to here if DH has got an interview for this new job which would lead to our BIG move. Taking AGES & i am staring to get inpatient as just want to know! He applied back in January but apparently they have had lots of applicants & the closing date has only just passed. Oh well time will tell i guess. Apart from that he turns the BIG 40 this year so have just booked a weekend away for it. Just a 3 night caravan break to Gt Yarmouth but will still be nice to get away. My eldest niece who is 22 is also coming along so she can babysit one night to let us go out which will be nice. So we are off 2 weeks Friday... xfingers the SUN will shine!

Oh well best go for now not that i can go anywhere as currently have NO water as the bolier is leaking so got to wait in for the engineer to appear X(

Hello ladies, just a quick fly-by to say hi, and hope you and your little darlings are all doing great! Sorry to hear D has chicken pox Sharbara, poor wee man, though I guess it's best to get it over with. B2B, hope your wee fella is on the mend now too.

Hello tojo nice to meet you!

Life is just hectic right now and F is growing up so fast - can't believe this time last year he was still a teeny baby. I remember looking at some of the 12-18 month babygrows we were given just after he was born and thinking "Nah... he'll never be that big..." Well, now he damn well is and getting bigger every day :)

Time to get back to work now but promise I'll be on for a proper catch up soon. Take care all and have a great weekend xx [zx161]

Have a great holiday, Sooz!

Poppit, Hope bubs is being a good boy tonight,x

Hope all you other ladies are all ok too, xxxx

I just got out of hospital this morning after being an emergency admission with severe abdo pain on Sunday afternoon. Think it is related to my gallbladder op and may be something that I might get from time to time. Either that or it was a small stone which passed. Either way it was agony and I thought I was really unwell. I nearly collapsed in A&E. A friend is laughing at me just now because prior to it starting, DH and I were having a 'discussion' about his Mum having to come every year when it is our wedding anniversary and christmas. We were heading off to meet her for lunch after this discussion and halfway there I got ill and we had to turn back. My mate says I would do anything to get out of spending the day with MIL! :snigger:

At least I can laugh. Glad to be home and getting back to normal. Af was really late and we were going to be phoning to book in for FET. Af finally came Sunday night and we've decided to wait until next af to let me get through this. So am going to start my healthy eating again tomorrow and going for acupuncture Friday night, xxxx

Hello ladies, I'm still around too, just never seem to sit still long enough to post anything! Over a month since my last post just isn't good enough though... must do better ;)

Sharbara, hope you're feeling better soon. Seems to be a lot of nasty colds and things going round just now. Does your wee one go to nursery? I swear Fin comes back from nursery with a new bug every week, and then lovingly shares it with mummy and daddy!
Glad you had a great holiday Sooz! You all tanned and gorgeous? 88)
Lisa, are you recovering ok? That's some way to avoid the MIL! ...Though I'd try almost anything ;) Will you be starting FET tx soon?
Congrats on new job Poppit!

How's everyone's bubs getting on these days? Chattering away much? Fin doesn't say many meaningful words yet, but he can understand lots - like "Go and get your socks Finlay"... and he comes toddling back with not one but several pairs of socks! Am not sure how much he should be saying at this point though - he only really says mama, daddy, nah, yeah and bananas! And a really cute wee "dank oo" which I'm sure is thank you!

Well, we've had a bit of shock news this month - a totally unexpected natural BFP! Have been pretty worried about it so far as have had a lot of cramps and some spotting, but we had a scan yesterday (at 6 and a half weeks) and saw a beautiful little heartbeat! DH and I couldn't believe it as I was so sure I'd already lost the baby - had the same signs with a missed m/c in 2008 that wasn't picked up till our 13 week scan. But am still feeling very cautious as I didn't believe we could have a successful natural pregnancy. Time will tell I guess... xfingers Those of you on FB - am keeping it quiet for just now - you guys are the first to know!

Well must go and start making the tea, hope you all have a smashing weekend
Lxxx

How's everyone? Bubs all good?

Hiya Shelley and congratulations on your new(ish) arrival! It has been pretty quiet here recently but am sure we'll all be back when the weather takes a turn for the worse... Got a wee heatwave going on up here just now, it's fab! 88)

Well, I'm now past 13 weeks with this new one and all seems well... the sickness has more or less gone now, thank goodness as it's been brutal this time. Had a short hospital stay and all with it. Still can't believe it's real! Have to keep stopping F from playing horsey on my belly!

Goodnight all and catch up soon xxx

HOW ARE YOU ALL????

We are doing great, Tobey is 21 months in a few days, Cannot believe where the time goes. Was just thinking today about how much I don't want him to grow up, he still looks like a baby as he is still bald lol but it's went so fast and I cannot believe in just a few months he is going to be 2. Going to read back a few pages but wanted to pop on and say hi. I missed all your lo's bdays and everything Im soooo sorry.
hope you are all well

Hey Pammy, so lovely to see you back on here!! How are you doing? Did you move house? Glad to hear TJ is doing well, he sounds so cute with his wee baldy heid! Time does fly eh, as you can see it's been a bit quiet on here lately... we're all run off our feet with toddlers these days ;) ;)

I still can't believe we've another on the way - this has been a big shock! :8o: I just hope F adjusts ok when the baby comes, as he is an awful clingy wee lad. Got a while yet to get prepared though :)

How's everyone else doing this weather?

Lxxx
