Does anyone use a baby dam bath barrier?

Have any of you got a baby dam for the bath : Baby Dam (not endorsed by FZ). We're thinking of getting one as we have a p shaped bath which takes a while to fill and will be a bit of a swimming pool for a little one. They seem to have really mixed reviews online so I thought I'd see if anyone here has real experience of using one?

Have just had a look because I am nosey! Looks interesting but I don't think I'd want to fork out that kind of money (cos I am mean!). Have you checked out the reviews on Amazon? Most people seem to think it's pretty good, plus it's a fiver cheaper from them and no delivery fee.

xx

Thanks Gracie, I've read the reviews on Amazon and they are mostly good but then there are a few shocking ones which is why I thought I'd ask on here. There are a few on ebay even cheaper that I have my eye on :snigger:

Personally I wouldn't bother. They're in a baby bath at the beginning and then not in much water anyway. The P shaped bath wint take much more water to fill anyway. My advice would be to wait until your LO is bathing in the big bath and if it is a problem then but one, if not, you've saved yourself money!!

:D

I haven't used one but had a look because I am nosey too!

All children are different but my DS spends 80% of bathtime stood up and I could see that he would just be stepping over the dam in to the end with no water! Before he could stand this wouldn't have been a problem but you really don't need to put much water in the bath anyway! The more thats in there the more they can spalsh all over the bathroom!!!! x

We also have a P shaped bath. When she was little it was just a baby bath but then as she's got bigger and is sitting up then she moved into the big bath. There doesn't have to be much water at all.

Our miracle was born on 25.02.2010!!
