Please any advise welcomed

Hi,
I am new. I had cancer when I was 24 my husband ( who I was seperated from) gave sperm to make embryos (as the doctor was horrible and refused to help me unless I could fertalise my eggs) came back up to Scotland saying he would never take this oppertunity away from me.
I now have the "all clear" from cancer so want to carry on my journey, I contacted him and he came up to sign the forms to keep the embyos alive but will now not answer the phone to me. How can I go about using our embryos as I have a surrogate ready and willing to help me???
Please help. A family is all Ive ever wanted xxx ;( ;(

I am not sure. There are a lot of legal issues with these things. Ask your clinic for help. xfingers
