Where is my milk?

My boobs haven't felt full for a few days recently, today each time the girls feed they've been getting all frustasted an whiney, tried expressing and didnt even get an ounce (i normally get 4/5oz easily)
Whats going on?

Your production might be settling right down. Now that your girls are older and probably eating more real food as the main part of their diet they may be taking less milk which will in turn affect how much you produce. OR, they might be taking a bit more than they do normally and your body may still need to catch up.

You can increase your milk in the same way as you would when they were little, by eating well, resting (yeah, I know :rolleyes: ) and drinking lots of fluids. Are you drinking enough water/juice/squash?

A has been getting me up at 3ish each morning wide awake laughing and wanting to play and i am shattered so maybe its that!! Will try and up my water intake too as i havent been drinking much the past few days.
