dropping bottles

Hi all
Just a quickie, how many bottles should A be having at 8.5 months old. he's currently on 3...any ideas when roughly it goes down to 2 a day?

HI Caz,

I hink it depends on how much food he eats, the boys just lost Interest in there day time bottles when they where established on food, about 12mths+ old they were on 3 meals 2 bottles. :D
A is such a Happy cutie pie his pic always makes me smile he looks like he is off fishing in his hat x x

I think as long as he's having 20 oz a day (including milk used in cereal etc) then now is fine if he's ready

hmmm

i was thinking the same thing,

tbh hun, babies tend to give you signs of not wanting as much milk, e-m did, she used to refuse her lunch time milk, so i dropped that one at about 8 months, and she is showing the same signs again with her tea time milk, so i will probably drop that one very soon, but she is 11 months

Yep the lunch time was the first to go. He'll normally drink the 3pm one and fuss about the bedtime, but he had 6oz tonight. I'll wait until he's really not bothered, The lunch one, well he'd have an ounce at most for a few weeks before I dropped it

Bless, he was flying thru the air to his nana in that piccie, hence the mouth open smiling. He looks so gummy bless.
