Burning sensation in breast

I have been breastfeeding for 14 months with no problems. I now only bf morning and evening. Over about the last 10-14 days I have had a burning sensation in one of my breasts. It is just one area and feels quite sore anyone any suggestions?

Could it be thrush or mastitis? I had this and to be honest I think its best to be checked over if it doesn't clear after a couple of days.

Thrush

Mastitis

is there a lump in the same area? I had this a little while go and it was a blocked duct I made sure Flo kept on feeding from that breast and it cleared in a few days.

I would still advise seeing your GP though to be on the safe side.
