heating food

just wondering how everyone heats food?

is the microwave safe or should i be heating on the hob? portions are so small that i cant image getting anything back from the pan!

I mircowave although you are told not too because of hot spots, but i give it a good stir. Or to be on the safe side place the tub/bowl in hot water to heat through?

Microwave will be fine hun. just need to make sure that the food is well stirred , as Chilli says, then test on the inside of your wrist.

It's much easier than the bowl of hot water method.

You just got to make sure you stir it to get rid of the hot spots.

i use boiling water and place baby bowl in it to heat stirring it too or i use my bottle/food warmer
