A long Drive with my 16 months old twins

Hello ladies i really need your help!

We are going on holiday a week today, the drive will be a minimum of 5 hours, we cannot travel during the night due to check in times etc.

Has anyone done this with approx 16 month old twins?

I am so worried that my normally well behaved pair will turn into monsters in the car.

They both have car seat play tryas and i have a nursery rhyme cd that i plan to sing along and do actions etc and of course we shall do frequent stops.

I feel i am expecting too much from the to expect them to cope with this kind of travelling.

Is it possible that all will be ok?

Any advice/suggestions will be gratefully received ?(
