Sleep dramas

Hi all,
Not been on here in a while but desperately need some advice Z will just not sleep he goes he to bed around 8pm then literally 10mins later he'll wake hysterical, and this will continue all night.. Either until he wears himself out or we give in and he comes in our bed.
We've always done the same bath, teeth, milk, bed routine which has worked.
We went a way for Christmas and we have all been poorly recently so I'm guessing this is what has knocked him out of sorts, just don't know how to get our sleeper back, we are all exhausted!!!
Any advice?!?!

Is he teething? We are going through something similar with DS and I'm sure it is down to teeth as he is cutting at least two molars. I can get him down but once he wakes he is up and down all night. I have Calpol on hand and have started taking him into the spare bed with me so that we can all get some sleep.

Fingers crossed Z will be back to normal soon x

Hey Cheenab good to see you back!

I'm sorry Z isn't sleeping. I don't have a lot of experience as DD generally sleeps ok but at least once a week will wake crying saying she's had a bad dream. I find a cuddle and a drink of water and she settles but I think I'm lucky that this will generally work. IF it doesn't then we also bring her into bed with us.

Sorry that's so not helpful.

Good luck and hope you're feeling better soon

He does always seem to be so wired!!! Its not even anything he's eating I don't think because he doesn't have a whole lot of rubbish food. When he wakes it's just mumma mumma mumma, doesn't want to know daddy he will scream louder if I send him in there!!!
We've been potty training on and off for the past few months so I don't think it's that but who knows I could be wrong.
So far tonight though he hasn't woke, fingers crossed it lasts!!!! Xx
